What You'll Do
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
• Answering incoming calls using multi-line phone systems and directing them appropriately.
• Greeting guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing outgoing and incoming mail.
• Scanning and uploading documents into digital systems accurately.
• Performing data entry tasks to maintain updated records.
• Supporting various administrative functions as needed to keep office operations running smoothly.


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• At least 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience.
• Some college coursework or a college degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and handling multi-line phones.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A stable work history demonstrating reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
