Warehouse Supervisor

Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bastrop, Texas, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations. Warehouse and materials management experience is preferred, as well as a good driving record, and an ability to pass a DOT health inspection. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours and travel if needed. A CDL is a plus but not required. Daily activities include organizing material handling activities, and coordinating shipping & receiving to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods. Day-to-day tasks also involve operating or overseeing forklift use, enforcing safety standards, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse, and collaborating with other departments to support project and customer needs. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight. Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving and material handling processes. Proficiency in inventory control, including stock tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Safe and efficient forklift operation, with applicable certification or the ability to obtain it. Ability to use warehouse management systems or basic inventory software and Microsoft Office tools. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
