• Lead and oversee multiple complex data engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables align with quality standards.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing status updates, identifying risks, and addressing issues with stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
• Manage and coordinate project resources, including internal teams, vendors, and third-party contractors.
• Implement and promote project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to optimize delivery.
• Monitor project performance, prepare regular reports for senior management, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment focused on continuous improvement.
