If yes, you'll fit right in! We're looking for a Customer Service Manager who brings great customer service, professionalism, and positive energy to our team. Responsibilities What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)
• Run the day-to-day office operations to keep workflows smooth and efficient
• Manage calendars & scheduling (appointments, meetings, conferences)
• Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, professional tone
• Greet visitors and direct them to the right place
• Support, train, and coach the team to work smarter and succeed
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service Qualifications $43
