ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of three with exciting plans to expand. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member for another agent, building a strong foundation in the business.

I hold a Risk Management & Insurance degree from Eastern Kentucky University and enjoy staying active through golf and exercise. We stay highly involved in the community through local festivals, school partnerships, and connecting with local businesses.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trey Boggs - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
