Our client is seeking an ambitious and personable Full-Time Associate Dentist to join their established and highly rated dental practice. The ideal candidate is a motivated, team-oriented professional who is eager to grow their clinical skills and provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. The practice offers a wide range of services including general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, and more, allowing the associate to expand their experience across multiple procedures.
The area offers a great quality of life for both families and young professionals. Residents enjoy access to beautiful freshwater lakes, outdoor activities such as boating and fishing, and a variety of local restaurants and entertainment. The region is also conveniently located within driving distance of several major metropolitan areas, providing easy access to professional sports, cultural attractions, and larger city amenities.

- $200,000 – $300,000+ annual earning potential
- Support from an experienced clinical team including multiple hygienists

Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience preferred, but open to all experience levels
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Strong communication, patient care, and customer service skills
- Active Pennsylvania dental license or ability to obtain one
