• Conduct thorough assessments using validated tools to identify the mental health needs of students and their families.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include therapy sessions, referrals, and various interventions based on evidence-based practices.
• Maintain detailed clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practice standards to ensure confidentiality and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and external service providers to coordinate care for students, ensuring a comprehensive support system.
• Facilitate psycho-educational workshops for students and families, focusing on developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and resilience-building techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health care and integrate new findings into practice to improve client outcomes.

This role primarily serves students from varied backgrounds, addressing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, with a demonstrated commitment to continuing education in mental health.

• Knowledge of school systems and procedures, including special education processes.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams and coordination of care efforts.
