Litigation Associate - Medical Malpractice Defense
Monmouth County law firm seeks a highly motivated Litigation Associate with 1-5 years of civil litigation experience, including motions, depositions, and court appearances. Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Location: Manasquan, NJ (some remote work after initial period)
Minimum Experience: 1 year in Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle cases from inception through trial
- Conduct legal research and draft motions
- Take depositions and appear in court or conferences
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Medical Malpractice defense and/or personal injury law
- Experience drafting and arguing motions
- Experience conducting depositions
- Ability to represent clients in court
- Excellent communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar
