What you'll be doing: Lead structural design and analysis for a variety of building projects from concept through construction Oversee preparation of construction documents, specifications, and calculations Coordinate designs with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and quality assurance Conduct site visits, inspections, and provide support during the construction phase What we're looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus 5–10 years of experience in structural engineering, ideally with commercial and residential building projects Professional Engineer (PE) license required or actively in pursuit Proficiency in ETABS, RAM, RISA, Revit, and other structural analysis software Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership ability to guide junior engineers and coordinate with clients and architects More reasons to apply: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching and profit-sharing options Generous PTO, flexible work arrangements, and support for licensure and continuing education Opportunities for leadership growth and participation in high-impact projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Thomas Young Group
