This is a full-cycle sales role perfect for motivated individuals eager to drive revenue and master the solar industry. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales pipeline—from generating and qualifying your own leads to delivering powerful in-home presentations and closing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer qualification, and closing contracts.
• Conduct compelling, in-home sales presentations to educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar power.
• Provide top-tier customer support and ensure an exceptional client experience from first contact to contract signing.
• Participate in advanced strategy and training sessions to continuously refine your sales craft.

What We Look For

• Proven experience in direct sales (Prior experience in Solar, Pest Control, TV, Mortgages, or Home Automation/Security systems is a massive plus).
• Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills (Bilingual abilities are a plus).
