On-Site Staffing Specialist

Job Purpose:


The role of On-Premise Specialist was established to act as a liaison between employees at the site, their agency, and the client. The Specialist is responsible for providing employees with information regarding policies and regulations, addressing a variety of issues, providing general support, overseeing the execution of personnel records and evaluations, and assisting the Agency in ensuring that employee functions comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.


The On-Premise Specialist performs in-depth human resources duties under minimal supervision, with nominal oversight of subordinate employees. The Specialist works closely with the client to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.


Schedule - 3:30PM -12:30AM Monday through Friday, with OT and weekends as needed.


Pay Rate $22.00 - $24.00 DOE

Requirements: Reliable Transportation and excellent computer and communication skills, bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish

Job Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Follow the company chain of command.
   
   
2. Maintain a positive attitude while adhering to company policies to ensure a safe work environment for all.
   
   
3. Manage the employee pool based on client needs by placing orders, reassigning, and/or ending assignments.
   
   
4. Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned, based on the changing needs of the business and the client.
   
   
5. Organize and conduct on-site tests for all current and prospective equipment-operating employees.
   
   
6. Plan, conduct, and train new employees and temporary associates to foster positive attitudes toward company policies and procedures.
   
   
7. Communicate and comply with personnel record-keeping procedures (e.g., corrective action documentation, training attendance, and feedback on employee activities for agency software notes).
   
   
8. Complete "Daily Reconcile" records according to building requirements and communicate any discrepancies to the agency for correction.
   
   
9. Investigate employee complaints, prepare reports for the agency, and implement corrective or disciplinary actions when necessary.
   
   
10. Work with the safety team to improve the safety and security of temporary workers.
    
    
11. Complete work-related injury reports and promptly report work-related injuries to the client and agency.
    
    
12. Gather payroll reports and submit them for approval to the client in a timely manner.
    
    
13. Review and monitor weekly payroll to ensure legal compliance measures are implemented (e.g., meal penalties).
    
    
14. Recommend advancement, promotions, or change of status for temporary workers.
    
    
15. Review, recommend approval, and submit employees' PTO requests to On-Premise Clerical.
    
    
16. Develop strategies to retain associates through motivation and encouragement.
    
    
17. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries promptly and adequately.
    
    
18. Assist clients on all service and operational issues.
    
    
19. Coordinate with client supervisors and management to plan activities that improve productivity on production site(s).
    
    
20. Meet with clients and client personnel to resolve grievances, improve performance, and forecast staffing needs.
    
    
21. Perform miscellaneous job tasks as assigned, without prior warning or written authorization.
