Insurance Claims AdjusterJoin the Hamilton-Ryker Team!Location: Lawrenceburg, KYShift: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pmPay: $15.00 per hourAs an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will join a small, specialized insurance claims office that focuses on prized livestock and Kentucky's famed equine industry. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims while providing excellent communication and support to clients and industry professionals.What You'll Do:Review and process livestock and equine claims.Coverage analysis and determination of applicable policy limits.Corresponding with brokers, adjusters, veterinarians and Insured.Reviewing adjuster various reports.Reviewing claims for subrogation potential and pursuing recovery when applicable.Maintaining accountability for all assigned claims until disposition is reached.Maintaining a comprehensive and accurate written record of relevant claim related activities.Obtaining proper authorization if settlement value exceeds personal or file authorization limits.Updating manager on a regular basis providing reports and statistical reporting where required.What We Need From You:Must be at least 18 years oldComply with clients substance abuse and background check policyHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious Administrative experienceExcellent Computer skillsPrevious insurance and/or horse industry experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong attention to detailExcellent grammar and spelling skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyEnergetic, personable, and professionalStrong multitasking and organizational skillsWhy You'll Love It:Temp to Hire position based upon work ethics and attendanceWeekly payDirect DepositMedical Insurance options401K optionsApply today!
