Position Responsibilities Delivers the company’s field service vision while identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices to ensure KPI targets are defined, and goals are met Coach, motivate and develop team members while leading productivity improvement of team Act as a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level Analyze and assess relevant business data for field service metrics and manage financial controls as the Supervisor Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience Preferred Education and Experience Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
