Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide virtual therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine medical necessity for family and child counseling, developing tailored treatment plans accordingly. \n
- Facilitate psycho-educational groups and classes, such as parenting workshops, to empower clients with coping strategies and tools for their mental health journeys. \n
- Maintain meticulous client case files, ensuring all necessary documentation, program materials, and statistical data are completed accurately and promptly. \n
- Timely record and submit required charting and reports to meet the standards for assigned client populations, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations related to billable hours. \n
- Engage in ongoing collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to discuss treatment progress and integrate holistic approaches into client care. \n
As a Telehealth LMFT at Replicate Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children and families, providing them with the support they need to navigate various challenges. Our clientele may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. You will play a crucial role in helping them establish healthier coping mechanisms and foster resilience in their daily lives.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. \n
- Current, active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington. \n
- A minimum of three years of direct counseling experience, providing therapy in various settings. \n
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage client schedules and documentation efficiently. \n
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative regarding client billing and necessary administrative tasks. \n
While not required, additional experience in telehealth practices and techniques, training in trauma-informed care, or knowledge of evidence-based therapies such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) or DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) would be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is also preferred, as this role requires consistent interaction within a digital framework.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
