Brand Ambassador MI - Consumer Electronics Retailer Continuity Program

Brand Ambassador (Continuity Program) Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program – same store, same rep, every 8 weeks – designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire. Locations (Michigan) Utica Dearborn Novi Ann Arbor Grand Rapids Compensation $24.00 per hour. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing. Responsibilities Complete one 1‑hour in‑store visit every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand’s flagship product line. Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers. Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training). Check in and check out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos and reporting before clocking out. Maintain a professional in‑store presence: clean polo and jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand‑issued name badge at all times. Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times – you are the face of the brand inside the retailer. Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit. Qualifications Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s). Smartphone with data for Ubeya check‑in/out, photos, and reporting. Ability to commit to a bi‑monthly cadence (one 1‑hour visit every 8 weeks). Residential mailing address (no PO boxes) for brand‑issued name badge shipment. Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in‑store visit. Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted). Training Required paid live virtual training session – Brand training on 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day). Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.
