This role exists to ensure vehicle quality concerns identified within the contracted fleet are translated into timely field actions that minimize customer disruption and maximize fleet uptime. As a Field Quality Parts & Campaign Coordinator, you will serve as the operational bridge between Field Quality Engineering, Service Operations, Supply Chain, Parts Operations, Manufacturing, and Program Management teams. You will coordinate the end-to-end execution of field campaigns, service actions, fleet quality improvements, and parts-readiness activities arising from customer issues and quality investigations. Success in your first 12 months means ensuring campaign readiness before launch, improving field execution efficiency, reducing campaign completion time, minimizing vehicle downtime, and establishing clear visibility into parts availability, campaign status, and fleet quality performance. What makes this role unique is the opportunity to influence customer satisfaction and operational success by transforming engineering solutions into field-ready actions across a highly visible commercial fleet. What You’ll Own Campaign Planning & Execution: Coordinate the implementation of vehicle campaigns, service actions, software updates, inspections, rework activities, and corrective actions resulting from Field Quality investigations. Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, consistently, and with minimal fleet disruption. Parts Readiness & Availability: Lead parts-planning activities for field campaigns and quality actions. Partner with Supply Chain, Parts Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to ensure required parts are available before campaign launch and throughout execution. Fleet Support: Serve as the primary Field Quality coordination point for fleet-related quality actions, supporting issue-resolution activities while maintaining focus on vehicle availability, customer experience, and operational continuity. Campaign Risk Management: Monitor campaign readiness, identify execution risks, track parts shortages, assess vehicle-population impacts, and proactively develop mitigation plans to prevent delays or customer disruption. Vehicle Population Management: Maintain accurate records of affected populations, VIN applicability, campaign eligibility, completion status, and fleet deployment schedules to ensure campaigns reach the correct vehicles. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Field Quality Engineering, Warranty Engineering, Service Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Reliability, Parts Distribution, and Program Management teams to drive alignment and issue resolution. Corrective Action Deployment: Support the transition of engineering corrective actions from root-cause identification into field implementation, ensuring service actions, repair procedures, tool requirements, and parts logistics are properly coordinated. Campaign Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track campaign progress, completion rates, vehicle downtime, parts consumption, field effectiveness, and customer impact. Escalation Management: Identify and escalate issues that could impact campaign timing, vehicle availability, fleet performance, customer satisfaction, or operational objectives. Coordinate resolution activities with stakeholders to maintain execution timelines. Parts Return Coordination: Support the collection, tracking, and recovery of replaced components required for engineering analysis, root-cause investigations, supplier reviews, and corrective-action validation. Service & Field Readiness: Coordinate service-center readiness by ensuring repair instructions, tools, training materials, parts allocations, and technical communications are available before campaign deployment. Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Track key performance indicators related to campaign completion, parts availability, repair effectiveness, fleet uptime, and customer impact. Identify opportunities to improve campaign-execution processes and operational efficiency. Customer & Fleet Communication Support: Partner with program stakeholders to provide campaign-status updates, execution progress, readiness reviews, and fleet-performance reporting to management and customer-facing organizations. What You Bring Required 5+ years of experience in automotive quality, service operations, warranty, field actions, campaign management, supply chain, parts operations, fleet operations, program management, or related disciplines. BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong understanding of automotive parts management, service operations, field campaigns, recalls, technical service actions, or product-quality initiatives. Experience working with vehicle populations, VIN applicability, campaign tracking, or service-program execution. Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills. Experience developing and maintaining operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Ability to analyze data and identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities across engineering, operations, logistics, and customer-facing teams. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position, including understanding work instructions, safety procedures, and job-related communications.Preferred Experience supporting commercial fleet operations, mobility services, ride-sharing fleets, rental fleets, or large-scale vehicle operations. Experience managing automotive field actions, recalls, service campaigns, or quality-containment activities. Familiarity with electric vehicle architectures, vehicle systems, and automotive service processes. Experience working with warranty systems, service databases, ERP platforms, inventory-management systems, or parts-planning tools. Understanding of quality systems, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and Field Quality processes. Experience supporting high-visibility customer programs with demanding operational requirements. Knowledge of supply chain management, demand planning, inventory forecasting, and logistics operations. Experience in premium automotive, electric vehicle, mobility, fleet-management, or advanced manufacturing environments. PMP, APICS, Six Sigma, or a related certification is a plus. Work Requirement This role is fully onsite at our Arizona manufacturing facilities and offices in Phoenix, Casa Grande, and Coolidge.
