Job Type: Full-Time Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL / Destin, FL / Niceville, FL Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM-11:30 AM. No weekends, nights, or on-call requirements. Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Private Practice Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic practice in Fort Walton Beach, Destin, or Niceville, FL. Roles & Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship. Education, Licensure, And Experience Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Florida PT license or eligibility for Florida licensure. Florida-licensed PTs and PTAs may be considered. New graduates are welcome. Outpatient experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
