Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environment and areas.
- Manage operations of the aggregate plant, including safety, production and maintenance; manage union employees.
- Manage team through training, motivation, and measuring goals.
- Support interaction and communication between employees, customers, and vendors.
- Manage and resolve customer issues.
- Help develop the operational business plan and manage using it as a guideline.
Requirements:
- Associates degree preferred; or combination of education/technical school and relevant experience.
- Must be safety oriented and experienced with MSHA regulations.
- Previous construction management experience preferred.
