Brown University Health MassachusettsCommunity Based hospital is seeking a full-time accomplished radiologist toserve as Chief of Radiology to join our hospital-based practice just outside ofProvidence, southeast/south coast of MA. This. This leadership role offers theopportunity to shape and advance radiology services across a growing regionalnetwork while maintaining an academic affiliation with Brown University.
The Chief of Radiology willprovide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality,efficient, and patient-centered imaging services while fostering a culture ofcollaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Position Highlights:
- Senior leadership roleoverseeing radiology services across multiple community hospital sites
- Blend of clinical practiceand administrative responsibilities
- Academic affiliation withBrown University Health, with opportunities for teaching and mentorship
- Ability to influence programgrowth, service line expansion, and technology adoption
- Collaborative,multidisciplinary environment within a respected regional health system
Compensation & Benefits:
- $490,000 - $550,000 based on experience level
- $40,000 - $80,000 in stipends and significant RVU's and incentives
- Generous CME allowance

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Radiology
- Completion of anACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
- Fellowship trainingpreferred (subspecialty expertise a plus)
- Demonstrated leadershipexperience in radiology (e.g., section chief, medical director, or similarrole)
- Strong understanding ofhospital operations, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication,organizational, and team-building skills
- Eligible for medicallicensure in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
