Hospitalist Physician

Location: Tennessee

Schedule: Seven on, seven off. Day and night shifts referenced. Day shift options referenced as 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Night shifts referenced as 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Position Overview

• Provide hospitalist coverage in an acute care hospital setting.
• Charting system: Epic.
• Multispecialty support is available as referenced.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO.
• Active Tennessee medical license.
• DEA with Tennessee address and required schedules.
• Board certification in an accepted specialty as required by the site.
• ACLS as required.
• Case logs for the past two years as required by the site.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing and Onboarding

• Credentialing timeline varies by site and provider file completeness.
• Immunization and TB documentation may be required.
