Schedule: 7 on and 7 off. Day shifts and night shifts available. Day shift options include 10 hour and 12 hour shifts.

Position Overview

• Hospitalist coverage in an acute care hospital setting
• EMR: Epic

Work Details

• Hospital beds: about 300
• ICU beds: about 18
• Day coverage model includes physicians plus NPs and PAs
• Night coverage model includes one physician

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Active Tennessee medical license
• DEA with Tennessee address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, 5
• Board certification accepted: ABIM, ABFM, ABEM, or AOBEM
• ACLS
• Case logs for the past 2 years

Credentialing and Onboarding

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 61 to 90 days
• Immunization and TB documentation
• Mask fitting
