What You'll Do

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll help create a positive client experience from the initial consultation through ongoing service.

  Client Service & Support

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits

• Listen carefully to client questions, needs, and priorities

• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage

• Help clients understand their options in clear, easy-to-understand terms

• Provide consistent follow-up and ongoing customer support

• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation

• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, trust, and reliable service

Once appropriately licensed, you'll help clients understand available financial protection options.

Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting virtual benefit consultations

• Explaining life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Identifying individual and family protection needs

• Assisting clients through applications and enrollment

• Helping with required documentation and beneficiary information
