About the position:

The Client Services Representative provides front-office and administrative support to help daily operations run smoothly.

You will be one of the first people our clients meet, so a friendly, professional, and helpful approach is essential.

Primary responsibilities:

Answer incoming telephone calls

Schedule and confirm appointments

Greet and check in clients

Verify insurance and contact information

Collect co-payments

Respond to client questions

Assist with medical records

Maintain office supplies

Support clinical and administrative staff

Protect confidential client information

What we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous medical or behavioral health office experience preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Strong computer and data-entry skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office

Professional and dependable demeanor
