Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Tele team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, monitor telemetry patients, and ensure that all medical standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg Tele environment
• Monitor vital signs and telemetry readings
• Administer medications and treatment plans as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC charting
• Float to other departments as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active and clear NY RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year recent acute med surg experience
• 2 years of U.S. work history required for non-U.S. candidates
