Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and operate as an operational expert behind the scenes. Master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Establish and nurture community relationships essential for building your own business. Excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years. Candidates with more than one excessive speeding violation (26+ mph over the posted limit) in the last three years will be disqualified. No drug or alcohol related convictions on the driving record within the past five years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
