Maintenance Worker
Youth Consultation Service
Overview YCS is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality maintenance work in residential facilities, offices and external infrastructure of the buildings. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment according to local and fire and safety requirements. Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work; replace windows; order parts and supplies; secure township permits as needed. Hang doors/doorframes and window equipment from suppliers; provide estimates and repair costs. Participate in incidental seasonal tasks such as minor shoveling and raking leaves. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) / High School degree or better. Experience 1 year of maintenance/building work experience required.
