Primary Responsibilities Build models to forecast financial impact of business strategies Analyze pharmacy and medical benefit claims to identify trends in cost/utilization data Query from relational databases and summarize information in a meaningful way Identify and lead process automation opportunities through various programming languages such as SQL, R and Tableau Present key findings and analytical reports to stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business or a related field 3+ years of work experience in an analytics capacity Intermediate level proficiency with Excel, SQL and at least one of the following: R, SAS or Python Ability to navigate relational databases Ability to understand all necessary requirements of a request and to solve a problem when faced with ambiguity Ability to communicate and present data to stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare insurance industry, preferably with exposure to medical and/or pharmacy claims data Intermediate level proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobsultant Solutions
