Technical Program Manager (Korean Bilingual)FocusKPI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company. The team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive complex, high-visibility security programs from planning through delivery. The TPM will own aggressive schedules across multiple workstreams, build the processes that keep them on track, and align stakeholders from engineering to executive leadership. This role calls for strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to influence business and technical leaders without direct authority. Above all, we want someone who is passionate about shipping quality products on time. Work Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite role) Duration: 6-month contract with a possibility of extension depending on your performance Pay Range: $70 - 78/hrResponsibilities:Lead technology integration projects with the client's global teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliveryIdentify and engage stakeholders across product management, software engineering, and executive leadership in multiple geographiesDefine program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with the client's business objectivesDevelop and manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and track progress against commitmentsProactively manage changes in scope, identify risks and issues early, and drive contingency planningCommunicate program status on a regular cadence through structured status reports, dashboards, and executive presentationsRepresent the urgency of issues accurately and escalate through the appropriate channelsEstablish and refine program management processes that improve planning, execution, and delivery across the security portfolioQualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience5 to 7 years of program and project management experience at high-tech companiesFluency in English and Korean (Bilingual)Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, wiki tools, and the MS Office suiteFull command of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through development and launchStrong ability to create and present professional documentation and executive-ready presentationsEffective communication across disparate organizational structures and multiple management levelsProven ability to facilitate collaboration across functions, departments, and levels, serving as a role model for teamworkDemonstrated success prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities in ambiguous, rapidly changing environmentsExperience with mobile device products, ideally including Android Enterprise and the Android technology stack (kernel, framework, and application layers)Track record of delivering mobile solutions with technology partners of all sizes across multiple stakeholder teamsFounded in 2010, FocusKPI, Inc.
