- Oversee food and beverage operations
- Ensure quality of food and beverage service
- Manage staff, including scheduling and training
- Monitor inventory and order supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and regulations
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
