Sr. Learning Experience Designers are also responsible for managing large cross-departmental projects and strategic initiatives, driving process improvement, and establishing KPIs.Essential Job Duties Upon onboarding and completing required qualifications, the Sr. Learning Experience Designer will:Analyze learner journeys and personas based on pre-defined Technology Training Pathways to craft measurable learning objectives for a new product, technology, or applicationCollaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to research, design, and validate scalable learning solutions that optimize learning experience and outcomesLead complex, cross-functional projects by developing comprehensive plans, coordinating multiple workstreams, and driving seamless execution with limited supervisionPartner with the multimedia team to define and implement media strategies that enhance learningProactively align with upstream and downstream stakeholders on critical path activities including resources, timelines, and execution plansEvaluate end-to-end learner experiences using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to drive optimization of learner and business outcomesDefine success metrics and establish baselines for projects, programs, and strategic initiativesScale programs by qualifying internal experts to support customer education during product and procedure launchesDesign and test learning curricula in Human Factors usability evaluationsDeliver lab-based skills training for physicians and care teams as neededCreate, manage, validate, and launch technology training protocols, as neededSupport onboarding and mentor Learning Content Specialists and Learning Content DesignersQualificationsRequired Skills and Experience 6-8 yrs. relevant professional experienceAbility to sign-off on applicable technical and/or clinical contentExperience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, assessments, and blended learning solutionsDelivery of training in a professional or classroom settingDemonstrated application of adult learning theory, analysis tools and process, evaluation tools and models, assessment best practices, and learning objective constructionExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsExperience working and collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to create robust content solutionsAbility to self-manage and prioritize multiple development projects and deadlines, and adapt to project changesAbility to distill complex problems into clear and simple solutions by analyzing a variety of factorsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work with instructional design processes, tools, and templatesAbility to define and document processesAbility to foster and create strong working relationshipsAbility to coach and provide feedback Excellent attention to detailMust provide work samples and/or portfolioRequired Education and Training Minimum college degree required (Instructional Design, Education or Science/Engineering degree preferred)Software proficiency:MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Smartsheet or equivalent project management toolWorking Conditions (none)Preferred Skills and Experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience in biotech or medical device organization preferredCurriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology master’s degree preferredSoftware proficiency:Adobe Creative CloudArticulate Rise 360Articulate StorylineCamtasiaAdditional InformationDue to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
