Our therapists average $50–55/hour ($28–29 base per massage hour, plus tips, upgrades, and monthly bonuses) as W-2 employees — with health, life, and disability insurance, 401k with 3% match, PTO, and CEU support. After 15+ years in Pickerington, we have a steady flow of new and returning clients ready to book — we'll get them on your table, and your hands and heart will keep them coming back.
