Principal Business Operations Manager

Driving strategic execution across Zillow's New Construction business, the full-time remote Principal Business Operations Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, align business priorities, and utilize data insights to enhance performance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Translate business strategy into a prioritized roadmap of initiatives for targeted growth Partner with leaders across various departments to align priorities and operationalize key business goals Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives and improve the team's operational processes and planning mechanisms Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or related fields, preferably in high-growth environments Strong project and program management skills with experience in leading complex initiatives Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau or Domo Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior leaders Proactive and organized, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities
