Superintendent

As a Boutique GC, we are selective with the work we target so that each project we take on gets the attention and staff required for execution at the highest level. NOVO Construction, Inc., a General Contractor is seeking a professional individual with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to work as a Superintendent in Dallas, TX. The Superintendent will be based at the project site working directly with the Site Project Management team. Responsibilities Take part in precon Responsible for safety Manage field operations Build and maintain construction schedule Attend weekly OAC meetings Attend site/foreman meetings Ideal Candidate Familiarity with construction process and technology required to build in this day and age Strong communication skills onsite and with client/architect/landlord Loves to build stuff Experience in interior tenant improvements or ground up Education / Experience / Qualifications Has qualified and relevant experience as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor for a few years Completion of OSHA 30 is desired (willing to assist with certification if hired) Able to operate in a fast paced working environment with minimal direction from Senior Management Able to effectively email, build schedules, read drawings & use platforms such as Plangrid Strong verbal and written communication skills Physical Demands: The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds Clients Box Dell Indeed Informatica Google Apple Oracle Splunk Roku #J-18808-Ljbffr Novo Construction Inc
