Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in .Net Core to join our dynamic team in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for technology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of .Net Core and its ecosystem, as well as a commitment to delivering high quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high performance applications using .Net Core.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in .Net Core framework and its components.
Proficient in C# programming language.

Familiarity with front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
