• Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling to keep the store running smoothly.
• Help capture fun, authentic in-store moments and bring the Little Words Project brand to life.
• Team up, stay flexible, and jump in wherever needed during the holiday rush.
• Take on other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

• Retail experience is a plus—but if you're friendly, eager to learn, and bring a great attitude, we'd love to meet you!
• You enjoy talking with people and making guests feel welcome.
• You're comfortable recommending products and excited to help the team reach sales goals.
• You bring positive energy, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
• You're reliable, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You can work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as needed.
• You're a team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
• You believe in kindness, connection, and self-love—and you're excited to share the Little Words Project message!

• ???? Be part of a brand built around kindness and connection.
• ???? Bring creativity to life at the Bead Bar.
• ???? Bring a little extra meaning to the holiday shopping season.
• ???? Earn competitive hourly pay starting at $16.00 hr plus commission opportunities.
