No egos. Just smart people making great work together.The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. You'll help lead the charge for one of our fastest growing clients. This will include fast-moving, multi-channel digital projects, especially focused in e-commerce. If you're someone who thrives in a creative and tech-driven environment, loves getting into the details, and knows how to keep everyone and everything on track, this could be the role for you.What You'll DoLead and manage Shopify-powered web and e-commerce projects from kickoff to launch and strategic growth over timeOwn project plans, timelines, resourcing, budgets, and day-to-day communicationsServe as the main point of contact between clients, developers, creatives, and strategistsTranslate business goals and client feedback into actionable tasks and timelinesCollaborate with Shopify developers to scope technical features and functionalityHelp review and test work before it goes out the door—no pixel or product tile out of placeCommunicate clearly, proactively, and with a sense of calm urgency, even when things change (because they will)What You Bring5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably at a digital or creative agencyHands-on experience managing Shopify projects (Shopify Plus is a big plus)Familiarity with e-commerce flows, UX best practices, and web development processesStrong communication and collaboration skills—you know when to escalate and when to dig inComfort working in various project management toolsA proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you anticipate blockers and solve them before they become problemsA healthy respect for creative, strategic, and technical thinking—you know how to speak everyone's languageNice to HaveExperience with headless Shopify or third-party Shopify integrationsFamiliarity with platforms like Figma, Klaviyo, Gsuite or RechargeAgency experience with multiple stakeholders or multi-brand portfoliosWhy You'll Love Working HereA culture of creativity, collaboration, and zero egoProjects that push boundaries, not just pixelsWork that blends brand, content, and commerceSmart, supportive teammates who have your backReal opportunities for growthDetailsHybrid schedule - in Madison Square Park office Tuesday-ThursdaySalary 100,000-110,000Full benefits include Anthem BCBS Heath Insurance, 401k Safe Harbor Match, Unlimited PTO, and great snacks
