Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting. SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12.5-Hour Night Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $36.33 - $42.38 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related healthcare experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Ability to work as a travel healthcare professional

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct nursing care and treatments to residents
• Administer medications and monitor resident responses
• Assess resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff
• Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and care goals
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $36.33 - $42.38 per hour
