Ironhorse Funding is a leading provider of innovative, technology-driven, full spectrum finance solutions to consumers and dealers in the motorcycle, powersports, RV, and marine markets. We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for two Titles Specialista to join our growing team located in Irving, TX. You will support the titling needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm. As a Titles Specialist at Ironhorse Funding LLC, your daily responsibilities will revolve around managing and processing title documents with precision and attention to detail. You'll collaborate closely with team members to ensure all title transactions are completed efficiently, resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Expect to communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional service while gathering necessary information. As a Titles Specialist, you'll strengthen the backbone of our lending process by ensuring titles and liens are handled accurately, on time, and in line with state requirements. This role exists to keep our customers' financing moving smoothly-especially when details matter most. Key responsibilities include processing title and lien documentation, coordinating with DMVs, dealers, customers, and vendors, updating the title management system, resolving exceptions, and maintaining complete, audit-ready records while protecting sensitive information.

Required qualifications/skills:

• Hands-on title processing and lien management experience
• Working knowledge of state DMV/titling regulations
• Proficiency with title systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Detail-driven organization, clear written/verbal communication
• Adaptability, troubleshooting mindset, and high integrity
