What We Offer $18$20 per hour based on experience Additional Commission Opportunities Full Benefits Package Paid Training Supportive Team Culture Modern Workstation with Adjustable Sit/Stand Desk Personal Locking Cabinet Sundays & Mondays Off Schedule Tuesday Thursday: 9AM-6 PM Friday & Saturday: 8 AM 5:00 PM Sunday & Monday: OFF What You'll Do Connect with customers through outbound calls Calling 30+ older leads to engage customers Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service Build rapport and create positive customer experiences Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system Meet daily activity goals (150+ calls per day) Work closely with leadership to improve performance and grow professionally What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Coachable and eager to learn Excellent communication skills Strong time management abilities Comfortable using computers and learning new software High School Diploma or GED required CRM experience is a plus, but not required No Experience?
