We're seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing public accounting team. This role will oversee complex tax engagements, manage client relationships, provide strategic tax guidance, and mentor staff while ensuring high-quality client service and deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering proactive tax guidance Manage and review complex tax engagements to ensure accurate, timely client deliverables Research tax issues, communicate solution options, and collaborate with Partners on tax planning strategies Stay current on accounting, auditing, and tax regulation changes, including foreign reporting requirements Lead, mentor, coach, and evaluate staff while supporting team development and performance Manage multiple projects and client engagements in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to deadlines and detail Contribute to practice development and business growth initiatives Requirements: CPA required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred 6+ years of relevant public accounting tax experience Strong leadership, communication, project management, and client relationship skills Proven managing multiple client engagements simultaneously Proficiency with tax software and accounting platforms (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax, etc.)
