The role involves providing care during night shifts. The nurse will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment. A patient ratio of 1:3 is expected. The emergency room treats a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Experience in trauma care and critical procedures is essential. The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Float requirements may apply within the facility based on needs. Candidates must be ready to work weekends every other week. This position requires proficiency in various emergency procedures and equipment. A thorough understanding of patient management and triage is critical for success in this role.
