- Comprehensive Oncology Practice: Treat both solid tumors and hematologic malignancies with the option to develop a subspecialty focus, access more than 40 active clinical trials with optional research involvement, and work alongside an integrated infusion center, laboratory, pharmacy, and multidisciplinary support team.
- Balanced Schedule & Support: Enjoy a four-day clinic week (Monday-Thursday) with rotating Fridays, approximately 16-20 patients per day, a shared 1:4 call schedule, and dedicated hospital APP support that keeps overnight call to a minimum.
- Exceptional Income Potential: $650,000 base salary with guaranteed bonuses during your first two years, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, $20,000 relocation assistance, and a proven earning potential exceeding $1 million annually, plus six weeks of PTO, CME allowance, 401(k) with profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits.
Candidate Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
- Open to both experienced physicians and fellows completing training.
- Interest in clinical research is welcomed but not required.
- Committed to delivering collaborative, patient-centered oncology care.
