Location: Madison, TN 37115
Pay: $23/hr 
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
Type: Temp 30-day assignment with potential extension

Responsibilities

• Apartment turnovers and general cleaning
• Complete resident/site maintenance work orders
• Repairs involving  HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, and masonry
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and curb appeal
• Participate in scheduled on-call/emergency coverage

Requirements

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience
• General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
• Basic computer/tablet skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic English proficiency
