You complete a pre-operation inspection, sync with your team on priorities, and use a high-reach forklift to position materials exactly where they need to be. Inventory stays accurate, movement is coordinated, and safety remains front and center—every task, every time.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate high-reach/high-rise forklifts to lift, transport, and stack materials in assigned areas.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations to maintain safe, efficient workflows.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections; escalate maintenance and repair needs promptly.
• Work closely with teammates to time and direct the flow of goods.
• Record inventory movements accurately and support cycle/stock counts.
• Apply safety procedures diligently to help prevent workplace injuries.
• Attend training sessions and safety meetings to stay current on best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven experience with high-reach forklifts in warehouse or industrial environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and contribute within a team setting.
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
