Step into a hands-on contract role that keeps marketing in motion

As a Marketing Fulfillment Associate, you’ll support marketing and shipment preparation in a clean, well-organized warehouse setting. This contract opportunity is ideal if you enjoy meticulous, tactile work—assembling printed collateral, stuffing mailers, and making sure every bundle is accurate and ready to go.

8:00 AM: You start by reviewing project specs for the day—what marketing packets need assembling, what mailers must be prepared, and which shipments are queued.

Mid-morning: You assemble and bundle marketing materials precisely as outlined, combining printed collateral into complete kits. You check counts as you go, maintaining an orderly workstation and following established processes.

Early afternoon: Envelopes get stuffed, mailers are sealed and labeled, and items are staged for distribution and shipment. You help with light inventory counts and restocking supplies so the next project runs smoothly.

Late afternoon: You complete a final quality check to ensure accuracy across everything handled, tidy your area, and confirm you’ve followed all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
• Comfort working in a fast-paced yet supportive environment
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, not a requirement

• Weekday daylight hours only; no weekends
