Regional Driver (CDL-A) Job Overview

Pay that keeps building. Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, starting at a 60CPM base with up to 4CPM in performance incentives on top. The more consistent you are, the more your paycheck reflects it.*
A pay floor you can count on. Qualifying weeks come with a $1,350 weekly minimum,* so you're not left chasing miles to make ends meet.
Loyalty pay that starts immediately. Earn up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay from day one* - no waiting period, no runway. It adds up fast and stacks on top of your base rate.
Extra pay for extra work. Tarp pay at $75 per tarp and dwell pay at $100* help make sure your time and effort are compensated when the job asks for more.
Home every other weekend. This is a regional role with a consistent reset schedule - get home every 2 weeks so you can plan your life around something predictable.
No flatbed experience required. Experienced OTR drivers are welcome to apply. If you know how to drive, we'll teach you the freight.
