This full time candidate is required to have experience using JDE E1. Employment Type - Full Time Position -Contract/C2H/W2 but should be GC & Citizen Only Production Support Provide assistance to first level IT support in resolving user issues, as well as direct support to user community. Application Development Analyzes and documents relevant business processes. Conducts interviews with customers to define functional requirements. Participates during detailed design and/or configuration. Participates in Integration Testing, including development of test plans, test cases and scenarios and documentation of results. Conducts User Acceptance Testing. Skills Strong analytical skills. JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Distribution modules (Inventory, Sales Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, and Purchase Order Management). SQL or comparable database query tool. Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize accordingly. Good written and oral communication skills, including development of project documentation, presentation materials, and status reporting. Ability to understand the users' requirements and communicate them in an appropriate manner to development personnel. Demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (i.e. process flow definition, data flow diagramming, etc.). Demonstrated ability to create plans and timelines using management tools such as MS Project a plus. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT personnel. Ability to lead effective meetings that are tailored to the audience.
