Job Title: IT Project Manager (EHS Implementation) Location: Northbrook, IL Can do Only W2, No C2C Job Summary Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale enterprise IT projects, including implementations, change initiatives, and business transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience managing projects impacting 1,000 5,000+ users. Candidates with direct EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) implementation experience are preferred; however, candidates with strong COTS implementations, enterprise-wide projects, and Change Management experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage medium to large-scale IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure. Manage enterprise-level projects impacting 1K 5K users across business and technology teams. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership. Drive project execution while ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Lead communication, status reporting, executive presentations, and stakeholder meetings. Manage organizational change activities to support successful adoption of new systems and processes. Support implementation of enterprise applications and COTS solutions. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
