At Parish Logistics, you'll be partnered with a dedicated Sales Representative, working together as a team to provide exceptional service to customers. While your Sales Representative focuses on developing customer relationships and securing freight opportunities, you'll build relationships with trucking companies, negotiate rates, secure capacity, and ensure every shipment is delivered safely and on time. Together, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding service and growing your customer portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Partner daily with an assigned Sales Representative to support your customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with trucking companies across North America.
• Negotiate freight rates and secure capacity for customer shipments.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate with carriers, customers, your Sales Representative, and internal teams.
• Solve transportation issues quickly while providing exceptional customer service.
• Learn market trends and use them to make smart pricing decisions.
• Help your Sales Representative grow customer accounts by delivering reliable execution and exceptional communication.

• Customer service, sales, or phone-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems under pressure.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
