Skills and Qualifications:

Technical skills: Experience with injection molding machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Quality focus: Ability to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications. Problem-solving: Capability to diagnose and resolve machine and process issues. Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials. Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Basic math and reading skills: For measuring materials and following work instructions.

Education and experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work environment:

Injection mold machine operators work in a manufacturing environment in a non-temperature controlled facility. The work can be fast-paced and physically demanding.
