The team at Novant Health Matthews Family Physicians is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physicians to join their team of five physicians, three APPs, and amazing support staff. One of our current physicians will be retiring later this year so this is a great opportunity for someone interested in hitting the ground running with a significant portion of the panel being inherited by this new physician.

Outside of work, you can enjoy quick access to some of the most popular neighborhoods and suburbs of Charlotte. We are a short commute to some top rated school districts, popular restaurants and shopping areas, and easy access to downtown Charlotte to enjoy a game, museum, or one of the many other fun activities Charlotte has to offer.

For our primary care providers:

Access is a key theme – Novant Health encourages same day, extended hours, e-visits and video visits to deliver care where and when our patients need us.
All of our community medicine physician leaders maintain a patient panel to remain connected to the day-to-day challenges and joys of practicing medicine.
Many of our clinics utilize a team approach to care, which includes PAs, NPs, clinical pharmacy practitioners, health behaviorists and clinical RNs.
